Rosetta O'Kane

Rosetta recently helped us with the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home! Rosetta was very supportive and patient. She toured us through as many homes as we wanted to see and never pushed us to purchase anything that wasn’t right for us. She was continually watching new listings and was very available for viewings. We were able to see houses as soon as they came onto the market. I think this was instrumental to our success in a somewhat finicky market. When it came to selling our home, Rosetta was invaluable in preparing our home. Because we had already purchased, we needed a quick sale. We have two young children, one and three years old, and I honestly don’t know that we could have done it without Rosetta. Our house looked amazing and the photographer she works with made sure it looked just as great online. Our house sold in about a week at a time when houses were sitting for weeks or even months and we got the price we wanted. We are so grateful for Rosetta and her assistance. She really went above and beyond our expectations.
